The Hawks Performance Program (HPP) makes its return in Term 1. Geared towards athletes aged U12 to U18 (Born 2007 - 2014), this program offers individual coaching in small groups to optimise the learning journey.

Qualified representative coaches, with backgrounds in NBL1, representative, and NSW state teams, ensure your child receives top-notch coaching, facilitating their journey to success.

With an Emphasis of skill development, our focus aligns with the four core pillars of Illawarra Basketball Association (IBA) player development, harmonizing with the key principles of our Hawks Representative Teams.

Wednesday shooting is back with 6am and 7am timeslots available, We are also during Thursday morning into an additional shooting session.

Due to venue availability we now have Monday evening 5pm-6pm or 6:05pm-7:05pm at Warrawong High School. This will be like all other HPP sessions.

IBA Four Core Pillars: 1. Shooting, 2. Finishing, 3. 1v1 defence, 4. Decision making

Hawks Representative Principals: 1. Transition Offence, 2. Half court man to man defence, 3. Rebounding 

Duration: 10 weeks (one term) Sessions are 60 minutes

Location: Snakepit

Time: All sessions will be held early mornings 6:00am - 7:00am or 7:05am - 8:05am 

Cost: Rep player = $150 for the 10 week term, Non-Rep player = $300 for the 10 week term
