Carter County School System Kindergarten 2020-2021 Registration
The child must be 5 years old by August 15, 2020. Please fill out the form below. Your information will be forwarded to your child's school. There will be an in person registration day, with the date to be announced. At that time you will bring your child's Birth Certificate, Social Security card, and TN Permanent Record of Immunization. These are required for registration. Filling out the online form will help expedite your child's registration. Child Find is an ongoing effort of the Special Education Department to locate children between the ages of 3-21 who have a disability or are gifted and are not enrolled in a school program.
