Dirt Days 2022 - Sponsorship Application
Dear Potential Sponsors,
  We are so thrilled to announce the 3rd Annual "Dirt Days" Festival in Downtown Williamson, West Virginia. The purpose of Dirt Days is to highlight the Hatfield McCoy Trail Systems and showcase some of the best Side-By-Side, ATV, and Dirt Bike trails in North America. Your participation and commitment play a key role in creating this event and building it, as something we hope will become an annual tradition for the Tug Valley area.

In the first two years of existence, we’ve had 3 countries represented, 18 states, over 40 vendors, over 100 registered attendees (per year), and the most trail riders EVER on the Buffalo Mountain/Devil Anse Trail Systems (Over 2,000 riders)! Uniquely in 2021, we hosted over 200 riders in our Mud-Pit & Dirt Drag Area plus more than 500 spectators on Friday & Saturday Night to witness these two thrilling events.

The Deadline for the 2022 Sponsorship Applications is Monday March 28th 2022.

Dirt Days 2022 will take place:
Thursday April 28th thru Saturday April 30th.

Some Highlights the festival is set to include are:
-Over 500+ Miles of Trail Riding including the Buffalo Mountain, Devil Anse, Rock House Systems (Hatfield McCoy Trails) as well as additional riding opportunities in Pike & Martin Counties in Kentucky.
-Vendors Downtown Williamson (10AM-6PM Saturday)
-Guided Group Tours on the Hatfield McCoy Trail Systems
-Mud Pit (7-11PM Friday & Saturday - Location TBA)
-Dirt Drag Racing (7-11PM Friday & Saturday – Location TBA)
-A Parade (Saturday TBA Time in Downtown Williamson)
-A Photography-Based Poker Run (Saturday, 10AM-6PM on the Buffalo Mountain Trail System)
-Musical Entertainment (Saturday Night on 2nd Avenue in Downtown Williamson)
-A Huge Fireworks Show (Saturday Night at TBA Time)

Upon completing/submitting this application, it will be reviewed by the Dirt Days Management Staff. Our primary form of communication is email and you will receive a notification via email of being accepted/denied as a sponsor of the event. At that point, we will supply you with an official invoice of your sponsorship package.

As sponsorships are approved by the Tug Valley Area CVB Board, your sponsorship of the event will be shared/announced on both the Dirt Days & Tug Valley Area CVB Social Media Feeds. Aggressive marketing/advertising will commence Monday March 28th once the sponsorship application window has closed.
