Completing this application DOES NOT guarantee your team a spot in the SOI tournament.
You must push the submit button once this form is complete. You will receive automatic email confirmation that your form has been submitted.
If your team is selected to take part in our tournament, we will send you a formal invitation. Confirmation and payment, via e-transfer will be due within 48 hours of being accepted to secure your spot.
Teams acceptance invitations will be sent up to 4 weeks after application is complete.
Our association directors will take all answers on this application into consideration when placing teams into tiered groups. We will make our best effort to ensure teams are evenly matched. Please be aware, we will be hosting teams from 4 different provinces, each who have their own tiering procedures. All teams are placed as fairly as possible based on the information collected.
