At OVMS, we often host students for tutoring or meetings after school. We'd like to better plan and keep track of the students who need to be here. Please complete this form by the end of the school day on Monday of each week to let us know who we can expect and when. We want to make sure that we plan useful activities for our students and also that we know they are safely with us when they are supposed to be. Thanks in advance for helping us with this.
