IHECON 2024-Abstract Submission

Dear Colleagues,

We are excited to invite you to submit an abstract for the Internationalization in Higher Education Conference IHECON 2024, held at Ondokuz Mayıs University in Samsun, Türkiye on October 25-27, 2024.

Abstract submission is open until August 20th (for normal registration). Those who submit their abstract until July 15th (for early-bird registration) will benefit a registration fee discount.

When preparing your abstract, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Authors are invited to submit abstracts (maximum 300 words). Submissions surpassing this limit will not be considered for review.

2. Abstracts must be composed in proper English. Prior to submission, we strongly recommend proofreading your abstract.

3. You will be prompted to indicate the language of your presentation (English) during the submission process. The conference program will be structured accordingly.

4. The conference adopts a hybrit format, encompassing both virtual and in-person presentations. Please indicate your preference for the presentation format during the submission. Please note that the availability of virtual presentation slots is limited.

5. When you upload your abstract via Google Form, you will receive feedback confirming that your abstract has been successfully submitted to the IHECON 2024 conference system. Upon seeing this notification message, your abstract has been successfully submitted.
