Hmong Story Cloth Circle: Interest Form
The Hmong Story Cloth Circle is a program the Disparity Prevention Project aims to improve the  lives of children who have developmental disabilities and their families with unified community  support along with ALTA California Regional Center and community partners. Families meet once a  week for 8 weeks to participate in a fun and engaging curriculum that includes educational and  resource workshops, story sharing and art expression projects, team building activities, self identity development, and a parent support group.  

The Hmong Story Cloth Circle- Disparity Prevention Project is a program operated by Hmong Youth  and Parents United (HYPU). HYPU is a non-profit organization established in 2012 with the vision  to empower underserved communities by providing and promoting educational, social, health, and  economic opportunities to underserved communities in the greater Sacramento region.
