Subtle Lashes Brand Ambassador Application Form
Subtle Lashes Brand Ambassadors create excitement and interest around the company by raising brand awareness through product promotion - this includes reviewing Subtle Lashes products, posting on social media, and sharing by word-of-mouth. Our mission is to empower our community and we want our ambassadors to reflect our brand values. We are searching for passionate and active individuals on social media. We expect prospective ambassadors to have already purchased and used our items.

As a Subtle Lashes Brand Ambassador, you must have the following:
1. Be aged 16 years or older
2. A social media site and a growing number of followers
3. Own a pair of Subtle Lashes
4. Courage to share photos and videos of your beautiful self and lashes
5. Be passionate enthusiastic, driven, outgoing, and professional
7. Be a United States or Canadian resident

As a Subtle Lashes Brand Ambassador, you will receive:
1. An affiliate discount code for your friends & family that allows you to earn a commission
2. Personal discounts for you on all Subtle Lashes products
3. Features on our website, social media, and marketing materials
4. Access to exclusive engagement (ie. events, photoshoots, and video shoots)
5. Opportunity to earn PR packages based on performance
6. Sneak-peek of upcoming collections

Applications are reviewed on the first business day of every month, but may be submitted at any time. Applications must be submitted by 11:59PM of the last day of the month to be considered for the immediate subsequent cycle. Please periodically check your email in the first week of every month as we will begin our communication with you.
