INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION & CLAY COUNTY FIREWORKS – Sunday, July 3, 2022 Vendor Agreement
REGISTRATION DEADLINE - June 24, 2022

• Booth selections will be on a first come basis. Upon arriving to set up the day of the event please check in at
the Grow Clay County booth. We will let you know where the designated vendor area is located.

• Booth Space: 10x10

• Booth Cost: Free for standard space. There is a $20 fee for electricity required by the Clay County Fair Association. Please mail your check to Grow Clay County, 517 Court St. Clay Center, KS 67432

• Set Up Time: 12:30 PM -1:45 PM - You are welcome to start setting up at 12:30 PM

• Vehicles must be removed from the barricaded streets by 1:45 PM. Please unload your vehicle and park
in the designated area, the softball complex parking lot will be reserved for vendors and volunteer parking.

• You are responsible for your own booth set up (tables, chairs, trash, extension cord, tent, etc.)

• Event Time: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM Early leaving will jeopardize participation in future Grow Clay County events.

• You may stay open as long as you are busy. Fireworks do not start until dark.

• Clean Up: All areas are to be left clean after shut-down. You must remove your own trash. Bring your own
trash bags. Trash should be taken with you or can be placed in the dumpster in front of the food stand.

• Each vendor must have a KS Sales Tax Certificate posted in their booth. You will be responsible for completing
and submitting your report to the State.

• If you are a Not-for-Profit organization, you must provide your 501(c)(3) letter from the IRS.

By completing and submitting this form I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against sponsors, coordinating groups, and any individuals associated with the event, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in connection with said event.  Also, none of the above are responsible for the loss of personal items nor any other form of aggravation in connection with said event. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or print media account of this event. In filling out this form, I acknowledge I have read and fully understand my own liability and do accept the restrictions. All fees are non-refundable unless the entire event is canceled by Grow Clay County. *
