My preschool classes are now full, but sometimes plans change! Fill out this short form to be placed on the waiting list!

For now, I will only be teaching two Kindergarten Prep classes next year.

Your child must be 4 years old by September 1st, 2023.

Fill out this form and WAIT to pay your $50 registration fee until I contact you!

Classes will go all school year and will closely follow Madison School District's Calendar.

$50 Non-Refundable Registration Fee

This fee secures your child's spot in the class and covers ALL school supplies & field trips for the school year.

$100 Monthly Tuition

Classes in August will be included with September's tuition and classes in May will be included with April's tuition.

This means there will be 8 monthly payments of $100 (September-April).

If you'd like to pay for the entire school year upfront ($800), you are welcome to do so.
