Thanks for your interest in joining the editorial team of Her Campus UFL, a chapter of HerCampus.com, the #1 online magazine for college women.

As a Features Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of writers and meeting weekly editing deadlines. You will be expected to edit articles for accuracy, grammar, style and content in a timely manner. You will provide feedback and constructive criticism to writers and will also have opportunities to contribute to the website. Features Editors have opportunities to be a leader on our staff and lead workshops and small group meetings with your edit team.

Features Editor responsibilities + expectations:
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Passion for magazine feature writing and editing
• Edit articles on deadline every week
• Provide constructive feedback to writers every week
• Attend weekly all-team meetings
• Meet with your group of writers once a month
• Being open-minded to feedback from Senior Editors and Editor-in-Chief
• Prior editorial experience is a major plus (i.e. involvement with high school, campus or other online publications, previous internships or related experiences)
• Positive attitude and excellent time management skills

As a member of Her Campus UFL, you must also promote the nationwide brand by adhering to the national level standards and requirements and participating in Her Campus UFL campaigns and events.
