Hours: OPEN DAILY 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Operating dates: May 25, 2024 – September 15, 2024

1.) Limit of 4 guests on weekdays and 2 guests on weekends per unit. State rules require persons less than 17 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult resident at all times.

2.) Pool attendance and capacity are also limited by the State rules. Maximum admittance in the entire pool area is 75 Persons. Maximum occupancy in the main pool is 40 Persons, and maximum occupancy in the baby pool is 3. Admittance to the pool area is on a first come basis, and there is no reserving of “space” for others.
WHEN CAPACITY IS REACHED, NO FURTHER ADMITTANCE WILL BE ALLOWED UNTIL THERE IS ROOM.

3.) Proper swimming attire is required. Attendees must arrive in their swim attire so that the restroom facilities in the Clubhouse are reserved strictly for restroom purposes only. No cutoff jeans are permitted. All diapers must be covered with plastic pants, and NO CHILDREN IN DIAPERS ARE PERMITTED IN THE MAIN POOL.

4.) Personal food and/or drinks are allowed in the pool area but GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NEVER ALLOWED. NO PETS IN POOL AREA.

5.) DIVING IS NOT PERMITTED. Large floats are not allowed in either pool. However single person air mattresses are permitted on weekdays. No skateboards, roller blades, toys, BALLS OF ANY KIND, etc. are permitted. The outdoor shower must be used after all sports-related activities prior to entering the pool.

6.) The Association is not responsible for personal property at the pool.

7.) The pool may not be reserved for private parties. NO EXCEPTIONS.

8.) No LOUD MUSIC, LOUD BEHAVIOR, rough play, or running is allowed. Inappropriate behavior and language will not be tolerated and will result in expulsion from the area.

9.) NO SMOKING OR VAPING is ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA OR WITHIN 25 FEET. An ashtray is provided adjacent to the clubhouse front door.

10.) The pool attendant, when on duty, has total responsibility over the visitors to the pool area. Failure to follow these rules or the attendant’s directions will result in expulsion from the pool. When the pool attendant is not on duty, the pool will be monitored by members of the Board of Directors. On those occasions, any Board member has the authority to expel persons from the pool area. Based on the decisions of the Board, the expulsion may be for the entire season.

It is the responsibility of each resident to see that these Rules are enforced to maintain a safe pool area for the use and recreation of all concerned. The Board of Directors has the obligation and the right to suspend the membership and pool privileges of any member or resident who is delinquent in their financial obligations to the Association, who abuses their privilege to use the pool in accordance with these Rules, or who creates a safety hazard for others.
