Nominate a gender and/or women-centric practitioner for: Unconform's Gender Practice Series or Design for Women Conversations
We at Unconform dream of a world in which every projects starts by asking: what about women? As part of our mission to make Designing for Women a mainstream practice, we feature the work of gender and feminist practitioners around the world.

We’re always on the lookout to amplify the work of and learn from practitioners driving impact for women. Specifically, we are looking to feature practitioners in 2 ways:
- Interview for Gender Practice Series: https://www.unconformstudio.com/insights/category/Expert+Panel
- Speak at one of our Conversation event series: https://www.unconformstudio.com/conversations

We're interested in connecting with practitioners building products, services, platforms, or programs at the intersection of gender and: finance, climate, urban planning, tech, healthcare (within or beyond repro), education, and more.

More on Design for Women Conversations:
In these monthly conversations, we explore one central question: how might we, actively and intentionally, design for women? We bring together experienced practitioners, and those interested in the Design for Women inquiry to learn with and from each other. In 2021, we hosted 10 events featuring 20+ practitioners.

More information:
* Events are 60 minutes long
* Practitioners share their perspectives, and engage with the audience via a short Q&A.
* Events are designed to be low-prep for all speakers. No slides are required, and prompts for the panel are shared in advance.
* At the moment these events are unpaid for speakers, but if that's a dealbreaker, we are working on a stipend structure to support the practitioner for their time and contribution.

More on our gender expert series:
Our gender expert series are long-form or short-form interviews on how the practitioner is applying a women-centric lens in their product, service or program. These are featured in our newsletter and blog and amplified via our social channels.

Interviews are set up as a virtual call or practitioners can choose to write their answers into a google form/doc if they have limited availability.

More information:
* Virtual interviews are 60 minutes long, scheduled according to practitioner's availability
* Written interviews are sent in via Google Forms
* In some cases, we might reach out to you for a follow up virtual interview, and you are welcome to further engage or decline
