West Valley 20/21 Enrollment Intent Form
In order to further plan the start of the 2020-21 school year, we need some additional information from you. The WVSB voted to have all K-5 students attend in person every school day for face-to-face instruction. Grades 6-8 will attend class on campus two days each week. Last names A-L will attend in person on Monday/Tuesday, last names M-Z will attend in person on Thursday/Friday. All 6-8 students will have an additional online learning component to be completed during off site days.  Accommodation of days will be made for families having multiple last names.

You have three options to choose from for your students in Phase II.a:

1. K-5 students attend every day; grades 6-8 attend in person two days a week with an offsite (virtual) component (hybrid model). Students in grades 6-8 with IEPs and select 504 plans may attend Monday-Friday.

2. Enroll in an online, adaptive digital model* provided by the district and supported by select school staff. Students who choose to start the Online Learning Academy in the fall will stay enrolled for a minimum of the 1st trimester, with an opportunity to rejoin onsite after November 24. This program is standards based,  and is independent of the onsite instruction model. *MobyMax or similar

3. Un-enroll your child.
