2024 Free Museum Membership Application for Families in Financial Need
Lindsborg Old Mill & Swedish Heritage Museum wants all families to be able to visit and enjoy the benefits of museum membership, regardless of financial resources.

Thanks to the generosity of additional one-time gifts during the Museum Membership Match Challenge in December 2023, the museum is able to provide up to 650 free family memberships for those with a financial need.

These are full family memberships with all benefits of a paid 2024 annual membership, including:
  • Free admission to the museum for you and your family.
  • Our twice-per-year newsletter
  • Invitations to special events and openings
  • 10% discount in our gift shop
  • Saving 50% on research assistance fees
  • Discounted rates on our genealogy workshops
These memberships are provided on a first-come, first served basis. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

We are keeping this application minimal and are not requiring documentation of a demonstrated financial need. However, we are asking everyone who applies to make an honest assessment of their personal financial need and requesting that you only apply for a free membership if you are truly unable to afford a regular membership. (A regular paid family membership is $60.)
