Check question sets for accuracy (no later than 1 week before the tournament) - need science, math, social studies, English/Language Arts
Organize refreshments (need 1-2 people)
Work the registration and welcome table (4-6 people)
Tabulate scores (1-2 people, using a pre-formatted spreadsheet)
Runner - carry score sheets from rooms to score tabulation room (need 2-3)
