Parents/Guardians, we know the last few months have been challenging for everyone and, as we prepare for a new school year, we want to ensure we have all the information we need to help you and your children feel happy about the return to school. Please complete sections 2 and 3 with your child or, if they're older, let them complete those themselves. We'd really appreciate it if you could complete sections 4 and 5. If you have several children at school, you can submit a form for each one - we know not every child has viewed lockdown in the same way and they don't all have the same feelings about the return to school. Please complete and submit by 22nd August.
