Hello, before we open The Plural Warmline, we want to anonymously survey our community to ensure we include your tips, ideas, best practices and so we can as best as possible incorporate your (access) needs, desires and hopes.

Each section has a short explanation that explains what the following questions are about and these openings may be used as trigger warnings.

We choose to make all questions optional to answer, to avoid invading your privacy in this anonymous survey, but want to mention it works best for our research purposes if all questions are answered.

I and we, as well as you and you&, are used interchangeably in here, we ask you& to do the same when applicable to you. We use standardized survey questions and labels in here, like System and Headmate, you may of course replace any label we use with the label that you identify with and use.
