Although all kinds of vendors will be considered, we limit per category

***Please be advised that food and drink vendors are not allowed to sell food or drinks; food and drink vendors are only allowed to give samples***

This event is organized by Namaste Life (a part of the Namaskar To You brand) for the non-profit Namaskar Foundation.

Vendor investment:

Booths are $750 but we are currently running a promotion of 50% off as well as additional promotions if more than one booth is taken.

One booth: $375

Two booths: $700

Three booths: $950

Includes an 8x2ft table, 2 chairs, piping and draping, free parking for staff, 5 free tickets to raffle off/keep, individual vendor shoutouts on Instagram posts & stories, the abilities to market to 5000+ people.

This event is hosted in partnership by Namaskar To You (DBA Namaste Life Events) and Namaskar Foundation (non-profit). Sponsorships & Vendor Payments will go straight to the non-profit.

Vendor Forms/Payments only taken until May 15th, 2025.

🙏Namaste!!! We are so excited to host our International Yoga Day Wellness Festival! It will be at the Miami-Dade Fair & Exposition Center.

🙏The entire event is indoors.

🙏Booths provided. One 10x10 booth with an 8ft-by-2ft table and 2 chairs will be provided in addition to piping and draping (black). You are free to bring additional tables and chairs that you require.

🙏Rain or Shine. We will be manifesting good weather but it doesn't matter since we are indoors!

🙏Parking is free for you and your staff members. Although attendees must pay a parking fee, you will be able to park for free.

🙏5 free tickets will be given to you. You may choose to raffle them off to your followers or save them for your family.

I understand that one 10x10 booth 8ft table and 2 chairs will be provided for me in addition to piping and draping. I do not need to bring a tent, only my merchandise, decor, and marketing. If I would like the space for two booths, I will need to pay extra. My space assignment will have my vendor name on it and I may come early to set up.
