Please complete this form if you are selecting to enroll your child(ren) in the Fully Virtual program at RTMSD. Registration is due by 11:00 PM on August 3rd. Enrollment for a trimester (elementary) or marking period (secondary) is required. To assist us in planning, we ask families to make a carefully considered decision about enrollment. The District will consider requests for students registered for the Fully Virtual Model to move to the Blended Model due to extenuating circumstances that may arise during the school year.  PLEASE COMPLETE ONE SURVEY FOR EACH CHILD.
