Anything that directly affects your employment can be a claim put forward when making a new agreement. This means bargaining is an exciting opportunity for you and your coworkers to campaign for the wages and working conditions which matter to you. Linked below are the claims members endorsed in 2020 but we need to now review them and make sure they are the claims we want to pursue at Dan Murphy's. Feel free to add to or modify what is there as well as offer new claims.

When thinking about what improvements you want to see or when considering how to talk to your coworkers about what improvements they want here are some prompting questions that might be helpful:

What are the three things you would change about work tomorrow?
What would you change to make your workplace mentally and physically safer?
While you have been at Dan Murphy's what difficulty do you wish didn't happen?
What improvements to pay or conditions would you make to give yourself and other Coles workers the best future possible?

When in doubt about a possible claim we would encourage you to include it anyway. Even if it isn't something that is allowed to be an agreement claim we will reach out to to you to explore what kind of claim might achieve the same goal or get as close to it as possible.
