NASA's Mission: Exploring Space using Optics

Advancements in optics played a crucial role in astronomical discoveries. Thousands of galaxies wouldn’t have been discovered, if there hadn’t impact of engineers and scientists on the Hubble telescope🔭. Have you ever wondered about the importance of optics in astronomical achievements?🧐

Dr. Margaret Dominguez is an optical engineer working at NASA for over 14 years. She has contributed to both the Hubble and James Webb Space Telescopes and is currently working on the Roman Space Telescope, the successor to Webb.
Join us on the 14th of March at 6 pm (GMT +4) to learn about some technical details of these missions, as well as about Margaret's path to NASA, her experience working there and her educational outreach efforts inside and outside of NASA.
