Temple Availability -- High Holy Days
Thanks for letting us know you're "on the market"!

If you're looking for a High Holy Days job this year, please complete this form, being as specific and descriptive as possible.  This document is not public -- it's just for our site administrators, so that we have your current temple-related info at our fingertips. When we receive requests, we may share your contact info and pertinent details with our clients so they can get in touch with you, with an idea of what you bring to the table. But they do not have access to the form itself.

Please fill out the form completely, even if you think we know you or have the information on hand already.

REMEMBER:  We've placed hundreds of singers over the years,  but there are now far more singers available than positions, so the field is highly competitive -- not everyone will be placed.  But we'll continue to work with congregations to maintain and expand existing programs, and to start new choral opportunities.

What are you looking for?

PLEASE NOTE: If you aren't sure about the term "cantorial soloist", please do NOT select it in the next two fields. The role is not the same in Jewish music as in churches, for instance, and being Jewish is almost always required. Any questions, see Lauri.

While the overall goal is always to find the best possible fit for our clients' situation, we do give preference to current members in good standing, where appropriate. But we'd still love to hear from you!

What qualifies you for this work?  Please briefly summarize your professional music training, skills and experience, particularly in Jewish music and temple work: *

Where can we hear you?
Please include URL(s) for your website, Soundcloud or other places online where we can access recent audio files.
One more:  Are you Jewish? *
This final question is neither frivolous nor a deal-breaker, but here's a little explanation:  Some of the congregations we work with (mainly Conservative and Orthodox) require that their musicians be Jewish, according to doctrine. Your response will help us match candidates to those jobs quickly -- and yes, they have the legal right to do this. Please note that this is not a "fake it 'til you make it" situation:  Misrepresentations may result in your being banned from the List, due to the time and credibility they cost us.  Thank you for your understanding.
