CUCBC Club Safety Statement 2021
This form is designed to satisfy your duties under Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Safety Regulations section of the CUCBC Handbook. This may be found at www.cucbc.org/handbook/safety 

The form should be completed by the club’s Safety Officer  by 23.59 on Sunday 9 May. Rule 5(a) of the Safety Regulations bans river use by clubs failing to do so.

The club’s captains have accurately completed the Club Information Form online at www.cucbc.org/clubs and the information provided is up to date. *
The club has a detailed list of boats in operation and that each boat conforms to current British Rowing regulations regarding bow-balls, foot-plates, heel-restraints, registration and buoyancy. *
Each rower in the club has signed an individual statement clearly specifying their ability to swim at least 50m in light clothing. *
The club has a system in place to record all outings. *
The club has a copy of the "Ten Golden Rules" poster on display at the boathouse. *
CUCBC's Code of Practice for Coaches has been distributed to all of the club's coaches. This may be found at: www.cucbc.org/handbook/coxes_coaches/coaching *
