Please fill out the application below. Please use appropriate grammar and do not type in ALL CAPS, all lowercase letters, etc. Your responses will help us determine your potential as a drum major and/or member of the EPHS Band Leadership Team.

You will also be required to type up a Leadership based Resume and Cover Letter about the position you wish to hold.

You will need to answer the questionnaire which will require well-written, thoughtful and/or extended responses. You are required to type out your responses in an organized fashion and turn in hard copies to the directors by APRIL 22, 2021.  The questionnaire can be found in the leadership packet.

One complete packet should be turned in including your resume, cover letter, and this questionnaire.

WARNING: Prior to starting this application, please acquire the following:

1. Permission and school email addresses from 3 teachers to use them as a reference. Reference emails will be sent after ALL interviews are completed.

2. Your weighted GPA.

Once your application is submitted, you will not be permitted to resubmit another application.
