Custom Request Form
This form is for requesting a custom item. Any inquiry must be made with this form for better processing of request. Please make request minimum 6 WEEKS in advance to allow time for designing, ordering your prints, time to make and shipping. Please be aware;
Ordering custom prints the company will take 15-18 business days to process and then they will ship the printed fabric. So this could mean 4WEEKS before I receive the print. Request time would be better 8 weeks in advance but 6 weeks is still possible.

Customs are approved for special events, occasions or holidays, and special outfits (bday, photos, weddings, school, etc.).
