Unwind into a tranquil meditation retreat in the Southern Highlands!
Retreat is designed for young adults and beginners and priority given to participants aged 18-38.

Dates for the Weekend retreat 21-23 October 2022 (Arrival: 4 pm on Friday, Departure: 4 pm on Sunday)
Dates for the Workshop 23-24 October 2022 (Option to extend your retreat until 4 pm on Monday)

Cost for the weekend retreat - $ 250  
Cost includes 2 nights shared accommodation (linen provided), all meals, indoor and outdoor meditation areas, meditation mats and cushions, yoga sessions, kayaking, bike riding and much more. 
The teachings and guided meditations are offered free of charge.

Pay an additional $ 100 to extend your stay for the Workshop on Kindful healing.

The workshop offers talks on Wonders of Kindness, meditations on Kindful release and more.

Additional Information
Non-Buddhist participants are welcome. However, all participants are expected to keep the following rules during the retreat and workshop:
Refrain from destroying living creatures
Refrain from taking that which is not given
Refrain from any kind of sexual activity
Refrain from incorrect (false or harmful) speech
Refrain from intoxicating drinks and drugs which lead to carelessness
Refrain from eating after midday (The following evening allowables will be provided: Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, marshmallows, chocolates, cheese and other sweets)
Refrain from dancing, singing, music, wearing jewellery, using perfumes, and beautifying the body with cosmetics

What to bring: Comfortable & modest clothing (no shorts or mini skirts etc.), Warm clothing, Blanket or Shawls for the cool nights, Toiletries, Walking shoes & slippers, Hat, Torch, Personal medication, Yoga mat if you wish to do yoga.
