Get Konnected! in partnership with Newton-Needham Regional Chamber is creating the first ever list of the 50 Most Influential Business People of Color in Greater Boston’s western suburbs.

Businesses and institutions in our communities have more diversity than in any other time in history. Yet the richness and influence of this diversity has mostly gone unnoticed and is not as widely celebrated and appreciated as it should be.  The GK Newton-Needham MetroWest 50 is a great way for the business community to shine a spotlight on and celebrate the diversity, inclusion and equality at their respective companies.

The Get Konnected! 50 Most Influential People of Color in Business list will be published in the fall of 2020.

To qualify, nominees must work at and/or sit on a board for a business or nonprofit that is physically located in Newton, Needham, Watertown, Waltham, Wellesley, Natick or Framingham.  

A seven-member committee, appointed by Get Konnected! and the Newton-Needham Regional Chamber, will review all nominations and select the honorees.

Please nominate people of color in the organization and or business community whom you believe are at the forefront and pinnacle of their careers. Unlimited nominations welcome.
