I understand that I may have rehearsals/performances up to 3 times a week between August 19 and November 4, with four performances  November 2-4, with both matinee and evening performances on November 4th. Additional rehearsals may be called in October and November. I understand that I am expected to attend any rehearsal I am called to unless I have marked off the date on the provided conflict calendar or have an excusable absence (such as illness or family emergency) and have contacted the Production Team about my absence. Any more than three (3) unexcused absences will be cause for removal from the show.

*
I understand Performances and Dress/Tech Rehearsals are mandatory and I will not be cast if I have conflicts on those dates.
*
I agree to have my lines, music, choreography, and blocking memorized by the date provided by the director.  I will be asked to leave the show if I do not meet the deadline.
*
I understand I will be asked to provide all or part of my costume for this show.
*
I understand that I am expected to follow instructions given by the directors and other adults that are helping to produce Seussical Jr.
*

I understand that I will need to show respect to fellow cast members and production staff. I will do this by paying attention and being ready to work at all times, keeping my hands, feet, and objects to myself, and staying in the designated rehearsal space.

*
I will arrive at rehearsal and be prepared to start at the time rehearsal begins. Parents/guardians should check for adult supervision before leaving children at rehearsal.
*
I understand that proper clothing and footwear for dancing and moving are required.  Flip flops and similar footwear are not appropriate.
*
I understand cast members must be picked up at the end of rehearsal time and no later.
*
I understand that each family must volunteer a minimum of ten (10) hours during the time of the production or my volunteer fee will be forfeited and considered a donation to SCAC. *
I will let staff know if there are any special circumstances, dietary restrictions, or medical requirements that cast members may have.
*
If there is anything you would like the production team to know about the participant, please leave a comment below.
