Outstanding Local Chapter Innovation
In 2020, we really saw the opportunity arise for chapters to be innovative, adaptive, and brilliant in
times of adversity. We want to celebrate the chapters that pushed through when times got tough and
started to create projects and opportunities out of its membership to benefit the community's current
relevant needs.

Recipient will be selected by the Special Awards Committee appointed by the State President. Please answer as many questions as possible, keeping in mind that more information will better assist in making a final determination.
