Crafters and vendors will complete this form as an application to be part of the Spring Fair.
- Filling out the application does not guarantee you a space due to limited availability.
- Payment will not be accepted at the time of application. If you are chosen you will be sent an invoice and your spot is secured once payment is received.
- Applicants who are not offered a space will be placed on a wait list.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be made for cancellations by the exhibitor within 30 days of the event. Refunds will only be issued to requests in writing if received before the 30 day window.
Application Process:
- Fill out this form entirely and hit "submit"
- You will be notified via email of the acceptance of your application, along with an invoice to submit payment. Payments are to be made online. At this time we can only accept cards. Please be patient with us, this is all volunteer ran and we have jobs and families also.
- Prompt payment is necessary to secure your spot.
- Spots are reserved in the order that payment is submitted.
