City of Peterborough Sports Club (CoPSC) - Easter 2024 Holiday Activities and Food Programme
Please complete this form to register your child to attend our HAF Programme for the Easter Holidays 2024. Information on this form will be shared with Peterborough City Council to confirm eligibility for a funded place.

This HAF camp is open to children aged 6-11 (school years 1 - 6) who are in receipt of benefit related free school meals*

The dates for the City of Peterborough Sports Club HAF are:

- Monday 8 April 2024
- Tuesday 9 April 2024
- Wednesday 10 April 2024
- Thursday 11 April 2024

9.15 am to 1.30 pm each day (inclusive of lunch and snacks) - Registrations from 9.am each day 

All activities will take place at City of Peterborough Sports Club, Dalrod Sports Ground, Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ (next to Peterborough City Hospital).
