RELEASE & WAIVER
As a participant in a program organized and conducted by creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats), my heirs, legal representatives, representatives or any other third party who has standing to make claims on my behalf hereby release any and all present or future claims that I may have against creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats), its owners, officers or employees from any and all liability that they may presently have or in the future may have arising out of their ownership or employment by creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) and my participation in a creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) program. This Release shall include but not be limited to any and all liability that creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) may incur as a result of traveling to and from a creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) program as well as any claims for negligence, travel, injury, disease, illness, death or dismemberment that may arise as a result of traveling to or participating in any creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) program. creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) does not make any warranties or representations concerning travel or other arrangements made by creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) on my behalf.I further understand and I am fully aware of the risks involved with participating in yoga classes offered by creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) and I assume that risk.  I have been informed by creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) that I may wish to consult a physician prior to my participation in this program, and creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) or any of its owners, employees or agents are not responsible for any physical injury or damage, known or unknown, I may suffer as a result of my participation in this program. Please note that health insurance are at participants responsibility.

PAYMENT POLICY
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your space upon time of registration. 50% of the final payment is due by September 1st. The remaining final balance is due by October 1st.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your participation in a creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) program, please note that up to 60 days prior to the retreat we refund 50% of the total amount excluding the non-refundable deposit.  For cancellations afterwards, we do not refund any payment. Travel insurance are at guest's responsibility.
 
If creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date for any reason, we will inform you and can confirm a refund. creARTive NYC LLC (WiLD CHiLD Yoga Retreats) is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

PARTICIPANTS CANCELLATION POLICY EXCEPTION
We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest of the same gender for the same retreat you originally booked, with the same level of accommodations, as long as we approve the changes in accommodation or gender.
