I understand that pitching is a privilege and not a right. Therefore, to make this the best experience for everyone, I agree to the following: *

The book I am pitching is not already under consideration by another publisher elsewhere.

My book has not been self-published.

If fiction, my work is complete.

If non-fiction, I have a proposal ready.

I have read the submission guidelines.

I believe I am a good match thematically and genre-wise for this publisher.

I will have a prepared 100- to 150-word pitch to share with the editor at the pitch session.

I will arrrive at the designated hour for the pitch.
