Table Costs: 

Hidden Gem Friday Night Signing Author - $150

Full table- $275 (includes pa meal)

Vendor- $350

Additional assistant/model - $35

Table fee deposit is non refundable and must be paid within 72 hours to hold the table. If we haven’t received communication or payment, we cancel the invoice after 72 hours and return to our waitlist.

The remainder of the table fee invoice is due six months before the event on November 30, 2024. If you need to make arrangements for this payment, please contact a member of the event team.

*Hidden Gem Authors will only sign Friday Night from 6pm-9pm.  
** Upon acceptance, an email will be sent to the email address you indicate below with the link to book within the group block. Authors and their guests are responsible for all travel and lodging expenses. 
***An invoice will also be sent to the PayPal email address. Please remit payment ten (10) days from receipt of invoice. Table fees are non-refundable as they hold the table for the author.
****Authors won’t be announced until the deposit has been received.
*****Vendors are allowed to sell event merchandise as long as it doesn’t use event artwork or logos. If unsure, please check with Sasha.
