I-Train Africa Apprenticeship Program is a physical program that takes place at our location in Lagos.
It's a 3-6 months program. (We allow for fast learners and slow learners in every cohort. More like a customized learning model).
We teach all the skills needed to become assistants to digital creators and all skills needed to build a digital/online brand/business. (Coaches, tech founders, knowledgepreneurs etc.)
Time:
9 - 5 Monday to Friday.
Our Curriculum Includes
Mindset
Building their minds to be self-aware of the limitless possibilities of the opportunities that are available globally and attitude to work
Hard skills
Writing standard operating procedures to structures.
Content creation and management.
Bookkeeping and admin
Social media management and branding
Adverts and marketing (emails, Facebook, organic, etc)
Building of landing pages and co
Soft skills
Attending and contributing to company strategy, take minutes of meeting etc.
These are skills required to work in a tech-enabled space especially become virtual/physical assistants to people in the knowledge space because there is a huge labor gap in that space.
Requirements
The need to have a smartphone, data, and laptop.
Note: This is a paid program, you pay us to train you not vice versa. that is why this is called apprenticeship not Internship.
