UDOT Cottonwood Canyons Sticker Program: Form for Winter Tire Inspection
Please only fill out this form if you plan on attending the one sticker program event for canyon employees and residents at the UDOT Cottonwood Maintenance Shed on Thursday, November 4 from 8am - 4pm. UPD and UDOT crews will inspect the tires and distribute stickers to approved vehicles. If you participated last year, please make sure to remove your 2020/21 sticker as it is not valid for the 2021/22 season.
