Malaysia is committed to achieve Sustainable Development Goals 2030 goals, as well as currently working on various initiatives in the regional and global platforms. Concurrently, ESG initiatives promote a holistic approach to sustainability, addressing environmental, social, and governance factors to tackle various concerns rather, than as separate issues, that are commonly practiced in the industry or economic sector.
Therefore, this survey intent to gather information about the status of ESG initiatives implementation among mineral industry players. Data to be gathered will be analysed and used for developing effective strategies for promoting awareness and driving change in the industry towards a better and sustainable Malaysia as a whole, in line with our Malaysia Madani principles.
This survey is available from 10 March 2023 and will be collecting its last response on 09 April 2023 (1 month). Jabatan Mineral dan Geosains Malaysia (JMG) values all input from industrial players and alike, and we appreciate your time in completing this survey.
