Welcome to the 2024 Sport for Good City Membership Profile. All organizations and individuals wanting to remain in or join their local Sport for Good City coalition are required to update their information through this form beginning in 2024. The information collected here will stay valid until January 2026.

By filling out the Sport for Good City Membership Profile, you are doing two things:

1. Formally opting in to join your Sport for Good City coalition;
2. Contributing to a descriptive summary of the coalition's reach and scope 

Information will be aggregated by city and will be utilized by Laureus USA and shared with participating organizations for advocacy, fundraising, or other purposes related to the coalition's goals. We will only share aggregated data, not that of individual organizations, so your information will remain publicly anonymous.
