The Red Earth Work Exchange Sisterhood program offers 15 work exchange positions with the commitment of 10 hours of service. The reduced ticket price for a work exchange woman is $350. It is a beautiful way to contribute to raising this gathering up!  Responsibilities for the work exchange women include everything from setup or breakdown to assisting with main events for The Womb Room, Red Tent, Faery Garden, Wellness Tent, Kitchen, helping with parking or registration, grounds maintenance and teacher coordination, as well as many other tasks to help the gathering run smoothly.
