New this year to the Looking Within Center are peer-led support groups for anxiety/depression. The groups include a “looking within,” spiritual journey component and are designed to help individuals work toward personal goals for living one’s best life.
These ongoing, weekly groups facilitated by Chantel Remick, a trained group facilitator, and Spiritual Director Lavonne Lovstad, help in connecting with others who share a similar lived experience and are in a non-crisis situation. We plan for a maximum of 12 members in each group.
Note: These groups are not intended to be in place of professional therapy, but in addition to.
Groups will meet at Gloria Dei at these days/times: - Tuesdays, 6:00-7:15pm
- Wednesdays, 1:00-2:15pm
