Kindergarten Pre-Registration Appointment
Step 1: Parents/Guardians, please fill out the following information to set up a pre-registration appointment. Once you fill out this form, your school office staff will reach out within two school days to set up an appointment.

Step 2: When office staff reach out to set up your appointment, please let them know how you would like to submit your registration information in one of the following methods:

1. Pick up a paper packet from your school prior to your appointment;
2. Print off and bring the completed packet to your appointment. Printable packet found HERE -> www.cbd9.net/registration/;
3. Or ask for a ParentVUE account so you can register online.

Child must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2022. It’s important to pre-register your incoming kindergarten so they are included in our preliminary enrollment numbers for next year.

Registration will be open until May 13, 2022.

Kindergarten Jump Start is an opportunity for students to attend school 2.5 hours a day, Monday thru Thursday, dates to be determined in August. Jump Start supports a smooth transition to kindergarten.  Children will be introduced to classroom procedures, kindergarten activities, school staff, and new friends.  Fun will be had by all!
