Hello Hello Hello, beloved (potential) AEGEE member.

Are you ready to jump?! Because we as Introduction Committee are. The next activity will be JumpXL. For this evening you can be and act like a child again, or become a kangaroo instead 🦘.

Bounce like crazy and let your energy and frustration out from your study or work or whatever. We hope you come because the more the merrier! Wear some sporty clothes so you can go all out🏃!

WHEN: Thursday, October 7th, 2021
TIME: 7 till 8 PM
WHERE: JumpXL, Antillenstraat 9A, 9714 JT Groningen
COST: max. €9

Questions and Cancellation
You can reach the Introduction Committee, our committee in charge of the introduction period, by emailing to aegee.intro@gmail.com. Use the email to ask us questions if anything is unclear or to let us know if you need to cancel your attendance for the activity. Please, when possible, notify us of cancellations at least 2 days in advance.
I confirm I want to participate in the introduction activity "Jump XL" and I am aware that in case I cancel after the deadline, October 5th, I will still have to pay the participation fee of max. €9. *
All personal data submitted via this form is collected by AEGEE-Groningen for the sole purpose of organizing the Jump XL activity. Personal data collected in this form will not be shared with other persons than members of Introduction Committee or the Board. It will not be used for other purposes than the activity itself, and after the activity all information will be deleted. I permit AEGEE-Groningen to publish photos and/or videos of me, taken during this activity, for internal promotion (in the AEGEE-Groningen Facebook group, the (information) WhatsApp Group, the social drink slides, the weekly mail and the yearbook)  and/or for external promotion (on platforms that are accessible to everyone, including but not limited to public social media pages of AEGEE-Groningen, the website, and physical promotion materials (flyers, posters etc.)). This permission can be revoked at any time. *
Should I experience any symptoms of COVID-19 before any of the activities I signed up for I will notify the Introduction Committee as soon as possible and will  refrain from attending the activity. In addition, I am aware that it is my own responsibility to keep 1.5 meters of distance to others at all times. If I do not keep this distance during the events I am aware that members of the organizing committee or the board can exclude me from further participation in the activity. *
