DO NOT Complete this application if you are applying for renewal funding. Please complete the SSUMMS+ Fellowship/Scholarship Renewal Application instead.

1. After submitting this application,  please email the below information to SSUMMS@savannahstate.edu.
   - Up-to-date CV or Resume using the format "BillyJones_MSMS_Fall2024CV.pdf"
   - Copy of your tuition bill for the semester you are applying (Fall/Spring) using the format "JaneSmith_MATH_Fall2024Bill.pdf"

2. Monitor your student email regularly for any requests for additional documents.

NOTE: Faculty Advisors/Mentors will be contacted to confirm academic standing and program progress.
