We are excited for this year's Science Fair and are thrilled your child(ren) will be participating!
2024 Science Fair Rules are as follows -
- All Scientists must register on the PTA website by Tuesday, March 19th - NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
- Science fair projects must be brought to school either Monday, March 25th from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm or Tuesday, March 26th between 7:30 am - 8:00 am.
- Exhibits Boards Size must be 36 in. x 48 in.
- All experiments must be completed at home, not at school
- If the science experiment requires a chemical reaction, (for example, how a volcano's lava flows out of the volcano) it must be performed at home. Pictures can be used to show the lava flow in action and displayed on the exhibit board at STEAM night
- Science kits are permitted
- Judging will take place on Tuesday, March 26th. Projects brought in after 8:00 am will not be accepted for judging.
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons will be awarded for each grade.
- All experiments must be taken home by the end of STEAM Night. Projects will not be saved
Ridgeview's Science Fair will take place during our STEAM Night on March 26th!
The Science Fair and GT Showcase will take place from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm encouraging all the students and their families to walk through the displays of the Students hard work before the doors open in the Cafeteria for STEAM Night at 6:00pm.
