1. Details
- 100 x 60 booth & 1 stool
- AC & electrical plug is provided
1 weekend: $130
Both weekends: $205
* Confirmation only after fee is received
- For apparel vendors, you can request to have a smaller table to have enough space for your rack.
- Vendors must agree not to close their booth before 7:30pm
2. Set up
Choose between:
* Actual day: 10am (No late comers)
* Day before: 21st/28th Fridays 6-8pm
3. Special Perks
- Free one time 2 hour Studio usage on a Monday to host workshop:
**[Comment from us: We've been getting many questions about this. This is not compulsory. This is an optional perk that you can choose to use. This will be not be held during the event day, it is an arrangement post-event. WCS does not benefit in any way, in fact it'd take more of our resources. Take it as a free gift from us to help you earn more revenue if that's what you'd like for your brand :) We hope this clears up any queries!]
[Those who do both weekends gets x2 Free Monday workshops sessions instead of one]
* The intention is to help small art business owners host creative workshops. WCS will not earn a profit
* Vendors should highly consider promoting their workshops during the market
* Studio sits 30+ pax
* In exchange, vendors must agree to credit WCS on all social platforms whenever promoting the workshop
* WCS only provides a free space & will not be in-charge of vendor's workshop whatsoever. However, as it is held in our space, please do ensure whatever you choose to do is appropriate.
*WCS may help to post any marketing for the workshop on our Instagram story (case by case basis)
* An online booking system for vendors to pre-book which Monday they would like to use the studio here: https://calendly.com/whitecanvasstudio/vendor-monday-workshops
* Choose between 4-6pm or 7-9pm. Extra time to setup and pack up of 15 mins before and after is allowed
* Vendors must book the slot 30 days in advance
* No changes once booked
* This perk is valid till 31st Dec 2024
- Profit-sharing opportunity to Collaborate with WCS to host workshops:
* Vendors will have the opportunity to use the studio and collaborate with WCS brand to boost sales/host workshops on other days
* Vendor must agree to fill at least 10 out of the 30 seats
* WCS agrees to promote the workshop on social platforms, however logistics/plan/arrangement/marketing materials has to be done by vendor
4. Marketing Perks
WCS will be running a Paid Marketing Campaign:
* Your brand will be included in our Marketing Campaign starting 31st May IF the necessary details such as Logo, Brand details i.e. are submitted to us on time. (We have had delays in the past)
* Our marketing collaterals will be sent on Google Drive on 31st May
* Vendors are allowed to make their own marketing collaterals but with all details being the same
* Vendors must agree to post Marketing collaterals for this event every 4-7 days on their social platforms (to help drive up foot fall) & must tag WCS
5. Vendor Confirmation
To confirm a booth: Fill up this form & we will contact you after
* Confirmation only after fee is received. Early-bird fee is until 1st May (CLOSED)
* Receipt will be emailed no less than 7 days after payment is received
* Closing Date to Join: 26th May 2024
