We will have a vibrant mostly organic vegan diet with lots of veggies, fruits, some whole grains, vegan protein sources, some dairy and eggs on the side, and lots of gluten free options. We also provide herbal and caffeinated tea, coffee and all the fixings. All are invited to bring a healthy snack to share, plus any necessary 'stashes' of favorite foods - fridge space available.
