CAMP SURVIVE 2023 REGISTRATION STEP ONE: Week 2- July 31-August 4, 2023
We are in the midst of transferring to a new registration program, so we are collecting basic information now for your child's Camp Survive Registration.  No payment is due at this time.  We will e-mail you when our full registration program is available to collect payment and health forms.  You can expect this sometime in mid-to late-June and we will have a notice on our website when the link is available.  Those who registered via this google form will get the registration link first before it is made public.  If there are extra spots open, that amount will be available to the general public.
  • This Registration is for campers who are completing 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in June 2023.
  • You will need to fill this form out for each of your children in 6th-8th grade attending camp.  Only an adult may fill out this form, not the camper.
  • Please make sure you have chosen the correct week.  This is for Week 2 only.  You may only register a camper for one week of camp.

  • Our capacity for each week of camp is about 200 depending on the gender of the first 200 campers.  If your child goes past the 200 mark or past camp capacity, we will contact you to ask if you want to switch to the other week of camp if it is not full.
