Teams! We are excited to be back to hosting leagues at Midwest Sports Complex for the 2023 season. Please use this form to register. For the 2023 season, we are only opening 4 fields and space WILL BE LIMITED. We will only be running two 12-week sessions this year.
Session 1 (Spring): Begins Monday, April 3
Session 2 (Summer): Tentative Start Date the week of July 10, pending weather. Summer Leagues will be hosted at RBI fields. Tuesdays, June 27, Thursdays June 29, Mondays July 17.
League Offerings (Pending Registration Numbers):
Networking 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Networking Rotating (Monday, Sunday)
Men's Rec (Tuesday-Friday)
Men's Upper (Thursday)
CoEd (Tuesday-Friday, Sunday)
*Non-6:00 PM leagues have the ability to choose between 1 and 2 games per night (Single or Double Headers)*
League Fees (New, Reduced Rates for 2023):
Singleheaders: $450. Wednesday/Friday Special - $250
Doubleheaders: $650. Wednesday/Friday Special - $350
*Umpire Fees Not Included. Teams are Responsible for paying Umpires $12/Game at the Plate before the first pitch*
When registering, you MUST fill out an alternate night, as spots will be limited and there is a chance your preferred night will not be available.
All teams must be paid in full prior to the first game in the second week of the season. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of games and removal from the league.
Additional Fees:
$40 Sanctioning Fee for first league of the year - this is your team's insurance for the year
$45 Refundable Forfeit Fee due upon registration confirmation - this covers no-call, no-show forfeits and is refunded at the end of the season

If you are registering teams in multiple divisions or multiple teams in one division, this form must be filled out multiple times, once for each divisional team.
