How Prayer and Spirituality can Mend Our Emotions and Ease Our Stresses
The Pandemic will likely leave us with more casualties than World War I, World War II and Vietnam together. Millions of people must bear the unbearable.  The earth has shifted beneath our feet and most all of us have lots of grieving and mending to do.

You will find that drawing close to God can be like a collection of comforting blankets to wrap around your shoulders when you are feeling the pain of it all.  God’s love can also help you grieve when you need to, comforting your heart when it feels loss, reassuring you that you are not alone.  Learn how God can ease your stress through prayer and how the warmth of his healing love can mend hurts of the past and present.

This series will help you open your heart to heal strained relationships, whether in the family, the parish or at work. Through all this we will be learning compassion, loving what God loves. These sessions will be a time to take a sunbath in the love of God.

Join Deacon Eddie Ensley for a series of talks and group sessions on letting God lighten our load by taking refuge in Him offered via Zoom. The 6 session program will be held on Wednesday evenings from 7-8 p.m.,  May 19th through June 23rd.
